ROSKILDE, Denmark—A court here is set to rule in the case of a Norwegian-Iranian man accused of plotting to assassinate three dissident Iranians with suspected links to Saudi Arabia, a fresh twist in a contest between two Middle East rivals that has spread into Europe.
